Turns out none of the apartments I had visited to see were available. (None of the Birch 2 bed 2 bath style, mistakenly shown to Apartments.com) Giant waste of my time on a workaday I had to take off. They are mistakenly labeling what apartments are available to get people in the door.
They are not very professional in the way they address you and whatever situation you are having. However the office staff recently informed me that they are hiring all new maintenance staff. Its a good safe place to live until you can afford something fancier or in a better area. I have lived in Crestmont Apartments for 1 and 1/2 years. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to live in the Marietta-Kennnesaw area, then you might like these apartments. They are not fancy but they have the microwave over the stove and the fake granite like countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also despite the area being kind of shady looking, I have never had a problem with break-ins and neither have the neighbors in my building. I have even left my car unlocked a few times with valuable items inside without any problem.
